CMC and Ukhrul Doctors Hold Free Medical Camp at Peh Village

The Catholic Medical Centre (Hospital) Koireingei Imphal in collaboration with Ukhrul doctors organized one day free medical camp at Peh village, Ukhrul district on April 1.

The team was led by Rev. Fr.James Tangshel Director CMC. The medical camp facilities was availed to both Peh and Paorei villagers as well as other neighbouring villages.

Free medicine was given to all the patients. The camp was attended to by 11 doctors, 4 nurses, 3 pharmacist, 2 health workers and 1 senior consultant.

The medical camp has benefited by more than 300 patients. The Peh village authority along with Rev. Fr. Paschal, priest in-charge of the mission centre Peh, welcomed the medical team and extended all hospitality and cooperation.

The villagers gave a big appreciation to CMC Hospital Koirengei, management and Ukhrul doctors for their yeoman service to humanity. The camp was a great success.
